We use a HIA standard NSW preliminary agreement contract, with a more detailed scope of proposed preconstruction services outlined in the Preconstruction Agreement specification.

Signing the Preliminary Agreement marks the start of our detailed planning for your project. It's about making sure we’ve got everything covered upfront to deliver exactly what you’re looking for once construction starts.

Feel free to hold off on the payment for the preliminary agreement fee until after we've met, discussed any questions you might have, and exchanged signatures. It’s important to me that you’re fully comfortable with everything before moving forward.

To get everything squared away and any of your questions answered, I suggest I briefly pop by to review & sign the documents together - I’m available this Sunday (24th) morning at ~8.30am, alternately Monday (25th) afternoon at around 5pm?
